Jay is turning 29 on Wednesday. We took our little family party outside to the campground we went to with our church a couple of weeks ago. It's so peaceful out there, and we always walk away feeling like all is right in the world.
Jay got to open presents, walk a very beautiful path, and spend his evening with the ones he loves most.
I love you, Jay! You are the best husband and father that I have ever met. You take care of us, love us, and live a godly example for everyone you meet. Happy Birthday!

Marcy- Thank you. I finally decided that the only way I'm going to get better, is by taking lots and lots of pictures. It gets overwhelming when I have so many pictures that I want printed off, but it's great fun.

Tamra- It was a sweet day. Jay and I want to just move out there and live in a cabin...a completely remodeled cabin. :)
Mom- She has been sucking that thumb a lot lately. I think she's getting more teeth.

I love the picture of Isaac and Jay smiling at each other. Isaac loves to give people gifts. He couldn't wait for Jay to open everything. And I also love the picture of the hand holding. I took it, realizing that boys don't hold their daddy's hands very long. :(
Jean- Jay said that we'll have to measure the bridge and get back to you..ha. It's a path, so I don't know how long,,,maybe a quarter of a mile?
Josiah had me take the picture of the spider web. He was intrigued.

I had to come back and comment. I love that father/son moment over the birthday card! You could tell it meant something to Ike! And Olivia just sucking her thumb while checking out the card---too cute!
