Instead of teaching Olivia Spanish, we decided that she might learn it by pushing it around in a shopping cart.

I love this coloring, because it makes me think of pictures of me as a little girl.

Alright, we weren't hoping for Liv to learn another language at 16 months. The Spanish dictionary served as a weight in the shopping cart. She kept falling down while pushing the cart because it was going too fast for her. But as you can see by the last picture, she still had a rough time with it. (And check out those torture devices coming through her gums!!) Walk baby, walk!!

Olivia's hair is so long already! Beautiful curls. Is your hair natural curly?
Amy, I really liked the movie and it was the second time around for Tamra to see it.
Poor baby. Are they trying to make you walk? You just keep going at your own pace. Gee says it's ok.
Oh she is so beautiful!!!!
So sweet. Great idea with the book. And great spanish ni the title.
I cannot beleive you already finished the book! I've got to get busy and finish mine up. It has been fun though. I can't wait to watch the movie after I'm done as well.
Cute pictures of Olivia, she does look a little mad in that last picture though!
Your spanish is terrible.
Olivia was having fun! I can just hear her jabbering, and she knew exactly what she was saying:)
I know you will be glad when all of her teeth have broken through.
Cute, cute girl! And I love your new teaching style. :)

That is the biggest dictionary I've ever seen! No wonder she had problems with it - I'm sure it weighed ten pounds more than she does!
Tammy- It is long. And I can't believe how long it is when it's wet and the curls are straightened out. I do have curly hair...just not curly enough to wear it that way. So I straighten it every day. Ugh!
Mom- If only you knew. That girl wants to go, go, go!
Kara- Thank you!
Tamra- It was in Jay's car...Jay's car is a never ending Mary Poppins bag.
I have Mansfield Park sitting on my nightstand...I have gotten a few chapters into it. I need to get my groove going again.
Sarah- Poor thing. She kept falling on her knees but didn't want to quit!!
Ricky- Jay's fault. I guess I should have used that Spanish Dictionary the way it was meant to be used. :)
Jean- YES! Her teeth need to hurry up. I feel so bad for her. She's working on another molar!
Kedra- You know, home schoolers!! We are weird about the way we teach. haha
Dawn- Ha! It was pretty funny to watch, though.
