Isaac has been working very hard on reading this year. He's been practicing by using 1st grade readers. But he finally got to read a real live book. And his first book was Green Eggs and Ham. So today he had a breakfast of green eggs and bacon. :)

Josiah was begging me tonight to make him some more of those green eggs tomorrow!

Oh Isaac, we are so proud of you! Kailee would not eat the green eggs, and she even loves eggs.
Isaac the reader....Yippee...way to go.....good on you, mate (this is what they would say in Australia)
WOW, boys!!! You got GREEN eggs???? You are two lucky ducks!! Your mommy is pretty special, isn't she? How did they taste? Did they taste different than yellow eggs? You should write a paper about how green eggs taste and send it to Gee!
Hudson has that book memorized!! He is always asking for green eggs!
You are an amazing mommy!

Katy- I wish I had something Autralia-cuteness to say back.
Mom- I need to remind Isaac to write you his paper. He was excited about it.
Marcy- Have you made them? :)
Jana- Thank, but I beg to differ. I'm thinking that you win in that category.
Jean- Last night he read "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie" to Josiah. He did a very good job. Bedtime story was a bit longer than usual, but he did great. :)
