Busy Kids

This is how the kids entertained themselves one morning this week.

Liv played with Isaac's dog, Forrest. She made sure that Forrest had a ball and a baby to keep him happy. She looks like a satisfied little girl.

Oh wait, Forrest needed a few more babies.

The boys have been taking their time combing their hair. I think this lasted for a good 45 minutes on that particular day. I got to see some pretty funny hairdo's.

Walks and Talks

Conversation Between Isaac and Josiah On Our Walk Today

Isaac: "Look at that lizard."

Josiah: "Lizards are little animals."

Isaac: "Lizards aren't animals, Josiah. They are reptiles."

Josiah: "Oh. Does lizards know that?"

Isaac: "No, they don't know it, but they are."

Conversation Between Josiah and Mommy On Our Walk Today

Mommy: "Josiah, do you hear all of the birds talking to each other?"

Josiah: "Yeah."

Mommy: "What do you think they are saying?"

Josiah: "I think they are saying, 'Did not!' 'Did too!'"

Cowboys, Buffaloes, and Wolves

One from each team...

Notice Olivia's band aid on her left foot. She is very proud of it.

(Tamra, I think this is the cheer leading outfit you gave us when Liv was a newborn...or before she was born. I remember thinking how huge it looked, and now here she is wearing it. :))

Down, Set...Time's Up

Why does he have a watch attached to his helmet, you might ask?

It's a mouth guard, of course!

On My Bed

All of my family is on my bed.
We spread out from toe to head.

I love each one much more than they know.
I hope we still fit here as they grow.

We laugh at the silly things the kids say.
This has been my favorite part of the day.

3 Silly Kids

I turned my head to find this the other day.

Josiah and Olivia had a game going of Josiah burying her under the blanket and he'd come up behind her and act silly to make her laugh. They are quite a pair.

This silly pic is for Gee. Isaac made sure that I took a picture of his big tooth because Gee wanted to see it. :)
