Happy Fun Day

Yesterday marked the 7 year anniversary of Happy Fun Day. We didn't realize that yesterday was Happy Fun Day until tonight. But luckily, yesterday was fun! We went to the ENT for Josiah and Olivia and after the appointment, we made a day of it. We went to San Marco for lunch and then downtown on the river.

The boys called this "Aslan". They were so excited!

We rode the transit through downtown. Cauly told us about this and the kids had a blast. I know the picture doesn't show them jumping up and down for joy, but I PROMISE, they were having so much fun and talking non-stop the whole ride.

We walked around this fountain and the boys chased pigeons everywhere. We also walked by the river and just enjoyed the beautiful weather.

This is all I ever wanted...to be a wife (to the guy behind the camera) and mommy! I love my life.

You'll be fulfilled all your life! That's all I ever wanted, too. Love you. What's happy fun day?

See Wright Family Archives Section 2.635, paragraph B:
Happy Fun Day is a special observance that commemorates the beginning of Amy and Jay's dating relationship. Upon their one-year anniversary of dating, the couple had a "happy, fun day" on the town. They stumbled into some fun situations, and it made the day stick. So, from then on, by decree, the first weekend in October would include "happy fun day."

I am thrilled to hear you guys actually did what Robyn (the other "girl" in the office, who is Dr Riegler's wife) and I suggested. I thought the boys would like the "people mover" because our grandkids did.....as well as the grandma and Pa! And to find out it was your annual fun day!!!!!!!! Now I'll be in your archives forever.(there's that all about me thing again)lol....It's funny Amy, because that's all I ever wanted to be too. It's becoming "acceptable" again, so I am delighted that you are living your dream. God is good!!
