Ah, what a beautiful day! Today, we headed out to a beach that we had not yet visited. We had such a great time!

Here, Isaac is jumping, but he and Josiah had been rolling down this sand hill. "Rolling down the sand hills, rolling down the sand hills. Ooh, ah, whee!" Can anyone name the show that that song is from?

My one and only picture of Olivia. This is all she did...played with seashells. She thought it was too cold to hang out in the water. I was excited for her to strut around in the new bathing suit I had bought her, but she just sat around like a cute beach bum in Isaac's old shirt--"My Dad is my Hero."

I wonder how long just splashing around in the shallow water will be fun for them?

Happy guys!

Josiah decided to bury himself (he saw this on t.v. or something, and thought he'd give it a try.)

He didn't get very far.

Thanks Auntie Rachel...

...it flew high this time!!

They can't stand to not be side by side.

Josiah took loads of sand back out to the ocean.

We found a new place to play!

They thought they were really jumping from high up (reminds me of the time the Dietz cousins did flips out of swings).

One last jump!

What a perfect day!
We also had lunch at a terrific Mexican food restaurant! And then we stopped by Fort Mose on the way out of St. Augustine. It was so interesting. Isaac could not stop asking us questions about slavery after we left. Check out the link...HERE and HERE.

Princess Olivia. This is a princess towel from Gee, complete with a golden crown hood. She felt pretty special.

How much fun! Yep---just like the Dietz cousins. Olivia, you look very royal in your crown. I think you've already got the royal protocol down. Maybe I can learn a thing or two next weekend from you!
Looks like you guys had fun. Your pictures look awesome!!!!
Oh oh oh Wiggles!!! :)
Fun pics, I love the beach.
Okay Amy, could you please refrain from posting beach pictures while we still have at least a foot of snow in the backyard?? I am SO ready for spring. Your boys are rolling in sand and we are making snow angels! I'm just jealous!
It looks like you have the beach thing down! There is just nothing like the ocean. Very, very fun pics.
How fun!!! I'm also jealous of your sun and no wind. Those are great memories for your kids. It makes me wonder if my girls would even go out in the water?
Awesome pics! I love Isaac jumping so big and the anticipation in his eyes!
Such great memories for all of you. Also, what kind of camera do you have? If you a wielding a disposable and getting shots like these, I may have to forever stop taking pictures.
Looks like a perfect day for the beach. The leap from the rocks looked daring, guys!! Olivia, I love your royal towel!
Mom- Oh, she's very royal. :)
Mindy- We did! Thank you.
Kara- YES!!! I wasn't sure if there were any other Wiggles fans out there. :)
Marcy- I know. Sorry. I see all of the snow pictures and feel sick to my stomach. I think of you often because I see Canada license plates down here all of the time. I think they're escaping!
Ilene- And I have you to thank for the sheet idea. It's so great!!!
Tamra- If my kids will do it, your kids will definitely do it. The boys are hilarious to watch, they won't go much deeper than their thighs. Of course, we are always yelling for them to come back in since they can't swim.
Dawn- He thought he was big stuff!
Jana- Have no fear, it's not a disposable. :) I use a Nikon D50 and love it!!
Jean- We miss you guys!!
LOVED those beach pics! Looks so much warmer than the waters we just waded in last week! :) You must tell me how you upload your pics. I know you have a different way, b/c I am recalling a previous post. I love the way your story can be right under the pics. I have fought ALL DAY LONG with mine. I am just using this stupid blogspot uploader that only takes 4pics at a time and then takes FOREVER to get THOSE 4 on there! HELP?! (you can feel my frustration...I'm sure of it!)
Oh, to have the beach practically at your back door!!! Your children are precious! Abigail keeps asking her Daddy to take us to the beach...can we come visit?! :)
Jacque- I do just upload them with blogger. Just in case it's different--I go to "New Post" and click on the icon for uploading pictures. I think what looks different on you page, is that you upload pictures to the right instead of centered? I know I tried that for awhile and could never get my words to match up to the pics. AND I add pictures before I type anything.
P.S. I used to use Picasa (where I uploaded my pictures to) and blog straight from there. But now I have Photoshop.
I'll send this to you...just in case you don't get it from my page.
Kedra- Oh, please!!! Fulfill Abigails dream. You don't live too far away, right???? :)
